Located in the ‘Four Corners’ area of Lafayette, Louisiana, Bridge Ministry of Acadiana works with youth and adults, empowering lives and revitalizing neighborhoods through education and spiritual transformation. They offer tutoring, bible study, summer camp, a computer lab, and a variety of extra-curricular activities that teach academic and life skills. Grand Opera House of the South

A gem in the heart of historic downtown Crowley, Louisiana, the “Grand” is a unique second-story opera house built in 1901 and completely restored and renovated in 2008 to a magnificent, state-of-the art performing arts venue. Hospice Acadiana Foundation

The Hospice Acadiana Foundation (HAF) was created to help fund programs and unreimbursed services provided by Hospice of Acadiana, Inc. (HOA), and believes that no patient should be refused care based on inability to pay. HOA’s programs provide direct hospice care, counseling, and educational resources for families and patients of all ages. Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic

The Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic provides quality Dental, Medical, and Prescriptive outpatient care for the eligible working uninsured and develops and provides programs to address community healthcare needs through collaborative partnerships. LCHCC makes primary care services available to low income working Lafayette Parish residents, so that they will remain healthy enough to maintain their jobs, their homes, and their independence. Lafayette Education Foundation

Lafayette Education Foundation is a non-profit organization with the mission to promote and support excellence in education in Lafayette parish. St. Bernadette Clinic

Part of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, St. Bernadette Clinic was established in 1995 in collaboration with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lafayette to provide assisted medical care for the uninsured, underinsured, and indigent in the Acadiana community at no charge.
